Goodwill

Over the last five or ten years, response rates have declined markedly. There are many reasons, but the bottom line is that respondent goodwill is eroding fast and researchers need to find new and better ways of presenting and rewarding online research. We’re very active in this area, and always happy to discuss.

Meta-data. Sounds unpromising… but is in fact the closet super-hero of online surveying! Knowing how respondents answer, not just what they answer, allows us to build more efficient, evidence-based, respondent-friendly questionnaires.
