Full Service Research
Where appropriate we run "commissioning-to-conclusions" projects, originating the survey design and reporting back with the findings. Because we are researchers first and foremost we can advise on all aspects of design, and deliver actionable findings.

Programming & Hosting
For clients with a questionnaire and/or who prefer to handle analysis in-house, First Line provide a "programming and hosting" service. This includes input at the design stage to ensure a smooth transition from paper to screen, and data file delivery in a preferred format.

Multi-country / multi-language surveys are catered for (see the panel on the right for more information on capabilities) and we have a growing reputation for programming more complex bespoke online studies - for example; conjoint / trade-off, ongoing diary studies, shelf tests and surveys involving database searches.
